 Oh how I love ASPARAGUS and POACHED EGGS!



Whatever the season, time of day or mood I'm in -  I never grow tired of asparagus and perfectly poached eggs.

Here's a tasty recipe from Martha Stewart's Everyday Food for Asparagus with Poached Eggs and Parmesan! I like to add a squeeze of lemon or heck, why not hollandaise sauce.

on our Tiki Oasis Road-trip we visited Seal Beach and sat on the Embers (Edith Marie Bell and Eugene Rex Strother) Bench.

It has a plaque with my grandparent's names on it and looks out onto the beach I grew up on.

Seal Beach looked pretty much the same and I really enjoyed showing Brian around. Click on this picture to go to flickr and see more photos from our trip!
